Relevant Experience:

Mr. Juilfs is the founder and managing member of Fair Share Divorce. He began his career in the Financial Planning industry as a Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in 1997. Over the 18 years, he has counseled numerous individuals and couples regarding the equitable distribution of assets for pending marital dissolutions. Mr. Juilfs has been recognized as an expert witness by the Maricopa County Superior Court and has testified as such regarding valuation and division of assets, separate and community property issues, tax considerations, and the future implications to cash flow and net worth of individuals and couples resulting from proposed settlements. Mr. Juilfs has been appointed as a Special Master in domestic relations cases before the Maricopa County Superior Court. He assists individuals and their attorneys in determining the division of financial assets, which assets to liquidate if necessary, potential tax consequences upon liquidation or reallocation, and suggested an order of liquidation or transfer to the spouse.

Mr. Juilfs has been trained as a Mediator by the Maricopa County Court. He routinely assists couples in Mediating Property Settlement Agreements.
