Summary:

Judy has been helping families resolve their questions about parenting time, legal decision making, and their finances and assets with her Collaborative Practice since 2006. The founder of Judith A. Morse, P.C., now known as Morse Law Group, Judith A. Morse has been practicing law for more than 32 years. Judy graduated from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, with a degree in Psychology. After working as an Adult Probation Officer in Maricopa County, Arizona, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1986.

After law school, Judy worked for Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A.., a large Phoenix law firm, specializing in insurance defense, highway design litigation, Indian Gaming law, and general commercial litigation. In 1996, Judy formed Judith A. Morse, P.C., a small boutique firm specializing in collaborative divorce, mediation, general family law litigation, complex divorce property issues, child custody, adoption, and guardianships.

Over the past twenty three years, Judy has represented her clients in a variety of cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, legal custody or legal decision making, relocation, modifications of prior court orders, grandparents’ rights, guardianship and conservatorship, in loco parentis rights, adoption, and dependency issues involving the Department of Child Safety. Judy has served as Best Interest Attorney, Court Appointed Advisor and Parenting Coordinator in Family Court, and as Guardian Ad Litem in Criminal Court, Mental Health Court, Juvenile Court and Civil Court.
